M2 hosts Real Estate Breakfast in Matosinhos

The event takes place on 18 September and registration is now open.

M2, an initiative by CNN in partnership with Vida Imobiliária, is hosting a new Real Estate Breakfast in Matosinhos on 18 September.

Taking place in the Salão Nobre of Matosinhos City Hall, the event brings together the city council, developers and analysts to present the new Matosinhos Real Estate Observatory, as well as the Housing Affordability Study in Portugal, to discuss the municipality's dynamics and to identify investment opportunities in a city undergoing transformation and with strong residential potential.

The Real Estate Breakfast programme begins at 9.30 a.m. with a presentation by Luísa Salgueiro, Mayor of Matosinhos, on the city's “Vision for the future of affordable housing”. Ricardo Guimarães, director of Confidencial Imobiliário, will give a presentation on the Matosinhos Real Estate Observatory, followed by the presentation of the study “Housing Affordability in Portugal” by Ricardo Sousa, CEO of Century 21 Portugal.

João Moreira, board member at GFH, will open the discussion on how to develop affordable housing in Portugal. The round table brings together him and the mayor, Luísa Salgueiro, and is moderated by Manuel Maria Gonçalves, CEO of APPII.
