Urban Rehabilitation Week returns to Matosinhos from 3 to 5 November

The Antiga Fábrica de Conservas Vasco da Gama, in Matosinhos, is the new venue for Porto Urban Rehabilitation Week. Housing, energy and construction are among the topics featured in a programme that will bring together more than 100 speakers.

From 3 to 5 November, Matosinhos hosts the 14th edition of Porto Urban Rehabilitation Week.

More than a major urban rehabilitation project, the Antiga Fábrica de Conservas Vasco da Gama stands as testimony to the strong industrial and fishing tradition of Matosinhos. It is in this setting that, over three days, the main debates and conferences of Urban Rehabilitation Week will take place. Housing, energy, construction and urban rehabilitation are among the topics featured in a programme that will bring together more than 100 speakers, representing the public and private sectors, to discuss the challenges and opportunities of a new cycle in the real estate sector. An open dialogue with the participation of civil society. The event is free of charge but subject to registration, and its last edition, in 2025, drew more than two thousand participants.
